Half-Year Trading Update
Trading for the first six months of the year was in line with revised management expectations following the trading update published on 21 February 2012.
Director appointments, Feb 2012
Mark Webster and Dr Peter Bordui were appointed to the Board as non-executive Directors at the board meeting held on 22nd February 2012.
Update on first four months trading
Trading in the first four months of the current financial year (ending September 2012) has been more challenging than anticipated. As a result, profits for the year are likely to be significantly below the Board's original expectations.
Full year trading update
The results for the year ended 30 September 2011 will be in line with market expectations. Preliminary results will be announced on 29 November 2011.

Dr Eugene Arthurs has advised the board that he has decided not to offer himself for re-election at the Company’s next AGM in February 2012.
